Every print is made to order through our production partner's network of local print facilities, then shipped to you. This keeps quality high and nothing sits in a warehouse.

Production time: please allow 2–4 working days for your print to be produced before it is dispatched.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. If your country is not offered at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

Delivery estimates (after the production period)

• United Kingdom — 2–5 working days
• United States — 4–8 working days
• Canada — 5–10 working days

Framed prints and canvases can take a little longer than posters. These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally run slow, particularly around public holidays.

Shipping cost

• United Kingdom — free delivery on all orders.
• United States and Canada — a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on the item and shown before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves production.

Damaged or lost orders

If your print arrives damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate above, email support@urbanutilityco.co.uk with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will reprint and reship it at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Once an order is in production we cannot change the address, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a reshipping charge.
